Wedding Receptions at the Historic General Warren in Malvern, PA
General Warren Weddings with over 50 to up to 130 Guests The General Warren provides use of all areas of the property including the four dining rooms, the Warren Tavern and our four season Spring House Terrace. Wedding ceremonies can be held on site, at a number of locations, either fireside in a dining room or on our terrace by a 250-year-old spring house, or by a formal garden area with fountains. All ceremonies booked at General Warren have a contingency plan for inclement weather.
Weddings of this size are available on Saturdays or Sundays from 11:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. The General Warren is also a great option following a ceremony at another venue. Receptions often begin with at least one hour of butler service hors d'oeuvres and cocktails, allowing the bridal party time for receiving guests, formal photography and Champagne toast. Choose from two dining options. One option is a Formal Sit-Down served meal, from our Banquet Dinner Menu, which includes a complimentary printed menu with up to five choices per course (chosen by guests at the meal time) for up to 110 guests. The other option is a Stations Reception for weddings of 60 to 130 guests.
Smaller more intimate Weddings of 15 to 50 guests
The General Warren can accommodate smaller, more intimate wedding ceremonies with a private fine dining experience during our regular hours of operation at dinner. A separate location for ceremony and reception is available space/time permitting. You receive the same complimentary event planning services as with our larger wedding receptions. One of our function planners can discuss a variety of options available including a champagne toast and wedding cake selection.
