Private Parties

Our private dining spaces are the perfect setting for a formal or casual party experience. Our event staff will work with you to create a menu specific to your unique requirements complete with beverage service. We host banquets, corporate dining and meetings, rehearsal dinners, holiday parties, funeral luncheons, birthday parties and cocktail parties. We have three private dining rooms, The intimate North Room for groups of at least 15 and up to 28, The Carriage Room for groups of 26 to 45 and The Admiral Vernon Room for groups of 36 to 60.

A more casual event or cocktail party can be accommodated in any of our private rooms, or even on our four-season's Spring House Terrace.

For groups of 15 or more guests, we have two options for menu planning. See below.
Since our dessert menu changes often, our on premise pastry chef will design a custom dessert menu to compliment your starter and entrée selections. Functions that would prefer a specialty cake can work with our pastry chef to custom create a dessert (advanced ordering requested).

1. Customized menus that allow for you to choose exactly what items are offered, and priced as stated on à la carte menu:
Pre-selecting up to five appetizers and five entrees from our lunch or banquet dinner menu, with your guests making their entrée selection at the table from your custom printed menu. A function planner can assist you in this selection process. Most private parties begin with a hors d’oeuvres reception in your private room or on the four seasons Spring House Terrace.

2. Our General's Star Menus:
Quick and simple pre-made General's Star Menus. Pre-chosen by our Chef and set priced per person for budgetary control. Dinner star menus include lite hors d'oeuvres to start your evening.
